The Spring house is located just off the Main Cabin.
Spring House, built in 1877, is just just ten feet across the shared brick patio of the property's Main Cabin. There's a shared BBQ grill on the patio and a picnic table as well as a shared fire pit which is great for roasting hot dogs and S'Mores.
Magical stargazing opportunities abound here that city dwellers rarely get to see!
This cozy and intimate smoke- free space
(Smokers please use the great outdoors ONLY!) accommodates two guests in individual twin beds. All linens, bedding, and toiletries are included. Modern amenities include: A/C, heat, shower, microwave, small refrigerator & coffee maker.

WiFi is available at Hilltop House just across the bridge. Self check in- with key safe is available.
$60/night Sunday - Thursday + effective July 1, 2023 15% State & local taxes.
$75/night Friday - Saturday/Holidays

TWO night minimum stay requested.
Payment for first night's stay is required at time of booking and is non-refundable. Owner will always work with guests to reschedule for up to one year in the event of an emergency cancellation.

One time cleaning fee: $35.00.
Dog and horse friendly with prior owner approval.
$35 one time fee for dog for entire stay.
Fleas/pet stain, waste removal (if required) will incur a $100 fee
Horses $20/ night - bedding/water provided. Bring your own buckets, horse feed and hay.

Check-in time after 3:00 pm. Check-out time 10:00 am.
No smoking in buildings. Guests may smoke outdoors.
Damage to property may incur up to a $250.00 fee.
Pets must have current flea and tick protection.
Owner's farm animals live on property.
WATER CONSERVATION:
Please note that we are NOT on city water and sewer. We have our own well and septic. Please keep showers short, and space out during the day.
Cooling off in the creek can be a fun alternative.
In especially dry conditions, please conserve water. Thank you!
We provide bottled Spring water for those who prefer it to drink, or to make coffee/ tea or lemonade - this also helps us to conserve water.
